It is actually the effect created by the camera.
A camera that can produce such effect can be called Lomo camera.
Difference is, this is a Korean made one with 3 lens.
If it works the same, it is a Lomo camera, just not the from the Lomo brand.
And yes, Lomo cameras are seen as toy cameras, but they work exactly like the real camera with way cooler effects

actually i think the camera is cute and it's something good for collection, but i will say the same thing as Dick.. i find that the effect is a bit weird, quite weird in fact..
